Q Nails and Spa in Columbus, GA

They obviously have the potential and the capabilities to be amazing. Absolutely have the skill. However the lady doing my nails decided to get up 4-5 times today while doing my nails. She was touching everything and then coming back and doing my nails and not bothering to wash her hands or use hand sanitizer at least. Her tools were not clean before she started to work on me. She didn't even clean off the dust from the previous client, so my arms was sitting on god knows what. I asked her to even my nails out and shape them and she did not do that. I hate it when they rush through your manicure. I get one day out the month to come get my raggedy toes and hands done and I want it to be a good job. Then a man began to work on my toes and I actually started to enjoy myself. The man wasn't able to get my ingrown's but I didn't care because he was enjoyable and wasn't rushing the process and gave me a great massage. Then the lady who was working on my nails made him get up and she proceeded to try to get my ingrown toenail . (That I appreciate that she did especially because she remembered that I mentioned it from earlier) but then she proceeded to rush again while painting my nails. My toes look horrible hands look okay but they aren't even nor shaped . I won't be back but I don't think this is a bad place to go to just make sure that they are paying attention to you and not rushing you off and treating you like a couple of dollars.

By far the best nail shop I've been to in Columbus and I've been here for 4 years. The style I've been trying to get done other nail shops messed up and did terribly. I came across them on Google and on the very first try I had no issues with my nails! I love them! I highly recommend this nail shop hands down!

I've never felt so insulted in my life. I've been coming to Q Nails for years but today was my last day I will NEVER return. After getting my services the nail tech proceeded to check me out he was going over the price I thought I heard him say $20 for my toes (just a polish change) $40 for gel fill and $10 for my eyebrows but the total was $75 so I was confused so I asked for clarification. When he asked did I want to add a tip I made the comment for those prices seem like the tip is included (jokingly) but I did say not today. The tech then made a slick comment saying that's what customer do complain about price when they don't want to tip and threw my card at me. I'm an avid tipper, tip when I can't even afford it but this birthday weekend and I wasn't in the tipping mood (I'm on receive mode) but when he tossed my card made the comment and laughed that just did it for me. Ain't no pressure on the money and if you working for tips you might should be a waiter. You were way to aggressive for me and I will never give another penny to this business. Didn't even mention my daughter bill was $50 so we left $125 and wasn't there a whole hour and you crying about a tip. You are pitiful!

Won't be coming back because the pricing and method of pricing. Makes no sense at all. They made me pay for a full set of gel and I was just getting a fill and a pedicure. Somehow it came out to a whole 80 dollars. When I had asked about the price the lady got very rude. And the man who did my nails burned the hell out of my cuticles with the Electric file. And between customers, I noticed the man who did my pedicure, did not wash his hands after he was finished with me. He touched the tip money I gave him and went straight into the new customer. So he touched my feet, then money, and then the next customer.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I moved here & they have been the only person to do my nails. You should really go to them. No long wait. Can do any design ! Very Affordable!
