Nail tech was too quiet and didn't talk much. She had her phone on the whole time watch something on her phone. She used a cheese grater that made my feet ruff. My manicure was horrible. My nails are not shiny and she didn't polish them well. I could have did it myself. When I said something to her she ignored me but took my money. I was visiting from another state. I will never go back . Horrible non professional service.
Scheduled an appointment online with ease. Place is very clean, staff was very friendly. They have SO many colors, stations and pedicure massager chairs. I love my dip mani and I can't wait to go back. I'm originally from Pittsburgh, the prices here are definitely reasonable compared to up there.
The customer service is terrible. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. Do not waste your money at this salon
My mom had a great experience the first time she was here so we came together to get mania & pedis. I have not had my nails done in a salon for quite a few years now, so I was excited. This is a nice salon! Really nice decor & design elements for the store itself & is stocked with lots of product that it uses/sells. Kevin did my nails and he did a great job. I got the Happy Manicure & Pedicure and was not disappointed. Their massage chairs are so fancy & nice to be able to use. My total came up to $80 but I think that's about right these days. They wax eyebrows here too. Might try that service next time. Overall, I had a very nice first experience here in this salon.
i went in for a simple cut and polish, which i've gotten done at other places and typically costs $20 and takes about 30-40 mins including drying time. i was there for two hours and paid $30. every time i bumped my nail that they CAKED overly thin polish onto, they just painted the spot that was bumped and DID NOT fix the actual issue. this left my nails bumpy and shows levels of polish. Horrible. i paid $30 for something my 10 year old could have done. on top of that, i bumped my wet polish and asked for a quick fix and could immediately tell the tech was exasperated by me asking for a fix and was ready to be done with me as soon as possible. horrible customer service as well as a horrible job.
