I love small business and I'm an even bigger fan when it's women owned and gives back to the community. The reception area is lovely and the receptionist offered me tea, coffee, and water for after my session. I had a hard wax Brazilian with the lovely Elizabeth, highly recommend her, my experience was seamless and painless (as Brazilian waxes can be). I really enjoyed the prep and aftercare for my skin for the Brazilian. They also offer a variety of other services including vajacials!
I have been here a couple time for a wax and while the service was amazing, it's near impossible to get in for another appointment if you want to stay on a regular 5 week waxing schedule. I just called and was told they are booked out until October. It's great that they are busy but the common theme is that it's a struggle to get appointments. If you have a busy schedule and want to keep up on your wax, it may be best to look elsewhere! I haven't been back since my first two waxes. This is pretty disappointing especially since I enjoy going there.
This place is great! Black-owned and woman-owned and they do such a wonderful job with the Brazilian wax(sugaring). I have zero complaints about the service and my waxer was so nice!! I do have an issue with making appointments. They are booked out so far, I can't even make my wax a 5 week routine like I'm used to. It got pushed to 7weeks and I had to cancel, but now I'm not able to get another appointment for two months!!!! I'm new to Columbus and this is the closest decent place to me, but I can't depend on them to get me right when I need them to. So unfortunately, I'll have to look elsewhere because they basically have too many customers. I guess this is one of those places you should have a backup cause they don't have your back here. But again, the service is great, the atmosphere is relaxing and you'll leave satisfied. If you can ever get an appointment

I absolutely love the level attentiveness in any service given at this salon. The entire staff is awesome and I highly recommend to anyone looking for any type of waxing need. You name it they can wax it!!
