Hello, I go to this place every time I need a pedicure. I have been going there for years now. They recently lost a lot of their employees and they have new management due to unknown reasons. Regardless, I keep going there for my pedicure. I took my daughter to her first professional pedicure and she loved it. She has barely been there 2 times and she still loves it and of course I love to spend time with her. Regardless of their short staff, they still have a great attitudes and customer service.

This salon deserves a negative star. It's rare that I post a review. However, this experience was so bad, I felt obligated. The employees spoke Vietnamese the entire time, very very rude and unprofessional. From what I gathered, an employee was upset, so upset, she stopped doing my daughters pedi and literally walked out of salon. No explanation, nothing. The lady doing my pedi then stopped to text and call (more than once) the employee that walked out. The entire time we were there, almost an hour and 40 mins (basic pedi) the employees were bickering back and forth. I don't live here, just visiting. Never again.
