I guess don't say regular nail tech when they ask you. I got the dipping powder with tips today and it was not the best. The place is nice and friendly! but I just got someone who really didn't know what they were doing. The shape is wonky, the length is too short, it feels bumpy, & I have dried powder on my fingers as if. I'M the one that did it. I was so bummed when I left
Got my nails done and took my 11 year old daughter to get her first mani. Front staff was great and friendly! Nail tech was Erika she did great job but was not too helpful on offering colors or ideas. I was open to hear her recommendations but I felt she was just in a rush to get started and done with. Haven't gone back since, I feel like I rather spend my money elsewhere. Environment was good though. Just nothing special for me to return.

I have been a loyal customer since this place opened. This afternoon however it seems that the management has lost control of the upscale atmosphere and staff. I have been choosing to spend an extra 20-30 dollars on their services because of the quiet environment, the consistency of services, the refreshments, and the ability to make appointments that are held on time. The last two times I have come in for appointments were subpar. However, today was the the worst. There were people on hold on speaker phone, kids playing with cell phones with full volume, I didn't get my wax treatment that was a part of the package I ordered, The whole point of paying extra for the luxury of a relaxing spa time seems to have been lost into mediocrity. This place was just like any other nail place in Laredo today, and I can get that for far cheaper. Lost my business no longer recommend.
