I showed up at 6 an hour before they were scheduled to close and the front desk personnel asked around if anyone wanted to take me for a pedicure like watching people literally say no is so unprofessional.
My full set of nails only lasted a week and I paid $80 definitely not worth it. I've given this place 4 tries when I get my nails done and always disappointed because they don't last. I love the pedicure service here and eyebrow/upper lip wax here though.
i asked for a french tip and this is not a french chip and they still charged me an arm and a leg for this mess.
Nice place but it is the worst experience I've ever had in a salon. The girl that attended me was so rude. The rudest! Rolling her eyes, sighing "ugh" at me if I flinched because it hurt. The guy that did my pedicure hurt me I literally bleed from how much he filled my nails. No es por nada, el lugar está bien bonito pero dos de sus empleados hicieron el peor trabajo con mis uñas y tuve la peor experiencia q he tenido en un salón. La chava que me atendió fue súper grosera conmigo. Desde que llegué, escoji lo q quería y cambié de opinión antes de q empezara y me Hizo una jeta. Le decia que más cortas o que están chuecas y literal le hacía "ugh" y con sus ojos hasta atrás de la cabezaaa y más q nada la verdad me maltrato mis uñas. Me trato como si me estuviera haciendo el favor. Ósea q le cuesta ser amable?!! Una o dos de las chavas q trabajan allí se veían amables pero los que me tocaron, se la bañaron. Y El chavo q me hizo el pedicure también me lastimo, me limó las uñas hasta que me Saco sangre.
Good place! Clean & great ambiance. I went as a walk in and the staff was very courteous and accommodating. Carlos did my nails and he did a excellent job & I'm not easy to please! Definitely coming back.
