Tina did my nails in a very pretty Christmas design! it was quick and she did beautiful work. I will definitely go back. Not a lot of English spoken, but I didn't go for conversation. I made an appointment and didn't have to wait! It was a 10 out of 10 for me!
The people are very good but they're people skills could use work. When they sit down to do your nails they don't say hello, they just start working. Conversation is all in their native language--never talking to the customer!! They Do not say thank you afterward!
As a retired salon owner in terms of cleanliness this nail salon would not pass a State Board Of Cosmetology inspection. The reuse of unsanitary implements should never be done when performing a personal service on customers where you can pass infection. The staff needs a bit of a lesson in customer service and they are way overpriced for what they provide. Most important, I would advise future patrons to go elsewhere. Q And Q Nails, I would think you are in business to flourish. Value your customers. Don't price gouge and clean your salon ! If you provide an honest, clean ,good quality service, you'll do great. As a transplant to this area I can see you have very little competition. So, get it together and provide the type of service quality salons should be giving. * PLEASE VALUE THE HEALTH OF YOUR CUSTOMERS*
This place has worse customer service, very rude & unfriendly. Girls there talk about their customers. Think it's funny to be rude. The owner & staff kept me waiting way over my appointment. Grant it I was 10 min late but they don't know what my circumstance was. I guess they think they were teaching me a lessons, that I got up and walked out after wasting over an hour of the 3 hours of time I had before I had to get back home to relieve my dads caregiver. Whole 3 hours to myself after being in the house for 3 weeks That is so true to just be kind you don't know what people are going through. But for a business to act like that is no where I need to spend my money at
I went there and the girl was sooooo rude she cut my toe nail so short it hurts so bad and she didn't even paint my toe nail all the way she just slapped some nail polish on there so I think she should be closed down I defintly don't recommend this place
