Not friendly on arrival. Didn't clean up station I was sat at. Hair all over. Gina was not social at all. Got to point that I couldn't keep my eyes open as she did not at all blow away my hair trimmings from my face.and eyes. Didn't ask me how I wanted my hair in back "round or square. She was not at all happy to be working. I would say not the worst hair cut but definitely the worst customer service.
When first opened asked for quick bang trim. Girl was too busy on her phone and turned me down. Said she had 2 girls coming in for cut and perm and had to wait. So i waited and came back. All 3 were working. I said i didnt know you did hair. I thought she was receptionist. I said, you could have done my bangs. Her excuse...."I had a list." Seriously? 2 min max for quick bang trim? She would have had a nice fat tip, too. But she was too busy on her d@mn phone. Not the way to run a business. She was rude and unprofessional. I didnt need a walmart cut anyway!
