I will not be returning to this salon. I went here twice for an acrylic nail set, the vibe was nice and I felt comfortable. The first time I went I had nothing on my nails, so the tech just put the acrylic set on and I went on my way. I returned and got another set, while taking my set off the tech jammed an uncut nail tip between my real nail and acrylic and ripped the acrylic off! I was appalled! This technique has been known to damage your nails and it shows the absolute lack of care the tech had for the health of my nail!
My first time getting a pedi here . It could not have been better!!! The shop was clean and friendly!! Tom did a great job , I'll be back!!
One of the more friendly places in Mt Vernon to get a pedicure. I walked out of MJ Pro Nails because they have become so reticent about doing pedicures. They actually skipped past me because the guy who was next didn't want to do a pedicure. VIP Nails got me right in and was very friendly. The young woman who did my nails was good at what she did and friendly to boot. Only down side was someone was smoking behind a curtain and it smelled terrible in the small shop. I probably wouldn't let it keep me from coming back though.
I returned to this shop when my powder dip chipped after one week and they were so helpful. They redid my entire manicure for free! Such sweet people. I only gave 4 stars because the first manicure didn't last but their customer service is great!
I was pleasantly surprised by how quick,efficient,and polite everyone was. Also, my nail tech owned a previous establishment here moons ago and I always enjoyed myself. My nails look great and it was a great experience!
