I was told that the coffin shape that I wanted was not possible on shorter nails. Although, I've had it done at every other nail salon with no problem. I explained to the nail tech I just wanted the corners tapered in, he said he could do it if that's what I really wanted but then proceeded to make them square. I also have cuts on my cuticles from the drill. Overall sloppy work and mediocre customer service..
I hadn't tried the salon in awhile because I had been so disappointed in the past, so I decided to try it again. What a mistake! They are always running behind. My mani was terrible. I have so much skin stuck to my nail and all around my nail. I asked him to cut more and he kept saying he would have to cut the whole nail. It makes no sense! Won't be back!

The wait time can at times be down right horrendous! They allow people to sign in and leave, then come back whenever and get in almost immediately. The women are friendly, and the oldest guy isn't friendly but he is very detail oriented. Everyone else forget it. I keep getting charged different amounts for the exact same design ranging in $35 up to $48. The work is often rushed and sloppy. One of the guys cut my daughter 4 times without apology, and put straight alcohol on it when it bled.
