Pureluxe Nails in Manchester, NH

I would not recommend this place as the service was not professional nor suited for impeccable customer service. I was cut during my pedicure and was bleeding and had a stinging pain the next day. The technician was apologetic and was not done on purpose but it was not taken care of. she tried to hide the mishap and was not offered anything for what was done. I also received a gel manicure and the polish chipped before the week was out and the nails were painted poorly. Another tech was whispering in the ear of the person painting my nails the entire time which was distracting, unprofessional and was not relaxing - the opposite of what's advertised.

My dad and I visit the Manchester mall frequently and almost always make a stop at Pureluxe Nails for an acrylic set and the specialty pedicure. Usually I am very happy with my acrylics from here, this time was a different experience. I am currently in cosmetology school learning how to do artificial nails and quickly noticed my nail tech taking shortcuts With my set. She didn't prep my nail and when she applied the acrylic she only used one bead for the whole nail resulting in thin easy to break nails. Currently it has been 5 days since getting my nails done and I'm missing 3 nails on my left hand. I started breaking nails the day after I got them done and I expected to get at least a full week and a half out of this set. I mean I did pay 75 dollars and tipped 60. Don't get me wrong I was very happy with them when I left just wish they held up.....

So I had let my daughter come and get her nails did past Saturday. She had ask for French manicure with acrylic nails even showed the women a picture how she would like them with the almond nail shape. She hated her nails when she got home and didn't want to say anything to the women then bc she was afraid. So this is before Labor Day so we had a assumed the salon was closed. I had to wait until after Labor Day. So she had to go school with these ugly nails.

She was literally in tears today on het first day going back to school with student making fun of her nails calling them "cat nails" another student said she could stab them will her set.

So today 9/6 I had brought her in the salon going to get them redone and talked to the women that previously did her nails she was trying to say had only $53 when I called she told me that it would be $48 for French manicure but instead she gave my daughter white tips so we went back and forth about it and told us to come back at 6:00 as she would have them fixed. When we arrived she had started on someone else's pedicure, right that moment I was about to lose it bc now she's giving us BS bc she don't want to fix my daughter's nails. Finally, Danny not sure if he's the owner or not said he would fix it for her so we waited over 40 mins to them redone. I am furious about this place and would never recommend anyone here. So unprofessional and not friendly at all. This will be our first and last. Never come to the mall to get your nails did. Go some place else where they treat you like you matter.

Walked in & asked for mani & pedi, was told to come back in 15 minutes. I did, then waited another 20, bo one is giving me an update and still every person was in the middle of service. Wish they just told me they couldn't take me... just wasted 35 minutes of my life for this place. How about a little communication?

literally depends on which person is doing your nails. there's a guy there who's amazing and always does so good. but there's others there who just. aren't very good. i've left with very wonky shaped nails sometimes. some of them are also very rough. it's kinda a gamble at this place, sometimes the nails are great sometimes they're ugly.
