PURE Skincare & Acne Spa in Okemos, MI

This was my first time going to an acne spa and it was amazing! It was so calming and the environment was perfect. Holly was very informative and I'm excited to start my skincare journey!

Holly explained everything well and was very patient with answering all my questions and concerns, starting with a phone conversation and again in person. A great experience! I've already recommended her to others.

I decided to give this place a try because I wanted something closer to home. I must say, Holly is one of the best! She was very welcoming and professional. Our conversation made the Brazilian wax process more bearable. She was quick and knowledgeable, you could tell she's been doing this for a while. I love that she uses a good wax with only 3 ingredients. It's more natural without the harsh pull on the skin. I could feel the difference. The biggest thing for me is that she's thorough. I don't have to go back and tweeze missed hairs like I do at spas in Birmingham. I booked my next appointment with Holly before leaving. Super satisfied, thanks again!

I've never underwent any waxing services before. Last night, I did some research but not a whole lot and stumbled upon these great reviews for Pure & Holly. Although I was nervous, I went ahead and scheduled an appointment for this morning. Holly did a great job with making me feel comfortable and talking me through the whole process. It also helped that she was talkative and asked me questions. It took my mind off of what was going on (even though I had a few moments where I had to catch my breath, lol). If you've been thinking about trying a bikini or Brazilian wax or need a new place, Holly is awesome! This was my first but I'll definitely be returning!

Holly is great! This was my first visit with her and I will definitely be back. After moving here, I was desperately looking for a good place for a bikini wax. I didn't have time to do the research or make an appointment until a couple of weeks back and I had made the great mistake of shaving in between--biiig mistake. Anyway, although I had stupidly shaved a few weeks back, Holly managed to make the whole process way less painful than the places I had been to before. That in itself is worth every penny! On top of this, Holly is super nice and made me feel like I've been a regular for years. I will be back in a few weeks--no more shaving! :-)
