She always makes sure I am comfortable and helps me choose the best color and cut for my hair. She stays current with training and trends, traveling around the world to further her education. Lynn and the staff here are very skilled. Always a friendly and relaxing atmosphere!
Amanda Phelps is terrific!! She truly listens so she will know exactly what her client wants. Amanda is talented, creative and most importantly, she is very honest. She has done the BEST coloring and cut jobs for me in this area. (And I've gone to several different salons/spas over the years!) As long as you communicate precisely what you want, you will get it!! Amanda is also professional yet down-to-earth and tons of fun!!

I've gone there several times. The hair stylist always did a good job with my hair and tried to understand what I wanted. But my hair was never great, just good. And If I'm paying $35 for a haircut, I expect greatness. Also, I wish the staff was friendlier. I felt like they talked to me as little as possible.
I had my makeup done at Hair and Body Elements for a wedding and they did a horrible job. The girl who did my makeup did not know a thing about technique. I had to go home and wash my face and do my makeup myself. I do not recommend this place for doing your makeup.
