I had a gift card here that I found in my desk drawer from several years ago. After a really stressful move, I decided to use it and get my nails done. It didn't have an expiration on the card, at least as far as I can tell. They just write the date of purchase and assume the customer knows they have to use it within 6 months or else it expires. This is something I don't understand. It wasn't a coupon, it was a gift card. It's money. It shouldn't expire and if that was the case, why would anyone buy a gift card from. You're better off giving someone cash...they said they would talk to the manager about it and give me a call and surprise surprise they never did. It doesn't seem like they care about their customers, they only care about money. I don't recommend going here.
I had a wonderful experience at Pro Nails! I didn't have an appointment but got sat right away. I got a gel manicure/pedicure and am very happy with the result. Especially loved the pedicure...they did an EXCELLENT job with the spa portion of it. Very happy and will be returning!!
I made an appointment for my self and a friend to get a mani pedi at 5. Wasn't even sat until 530. There was a definite preference for what seemed like regulars. But once we got going the staff was friendly they did a good job and I was very happy with the results.
Absolutely horrible. I've been going here for a while and never have been truly happy with my nails. I've finally struck the ending point this last visit: I needed a full set and had 2 hours in between classes. Although I didn't make an appointment, I wasn't seen for almost an hour. Once seen, I was told that longer nails are extra $ (which is understandable) but then that a different shape (I wanted coffin) would also be extra. Weird, but okay. The application hurt, I bleed, and the shape was atrocious. I could have done better. I didn't have time for paint and asked to leave immediately and pay for what was done. However, I still had to pay for the full set and they told me that even though I refused the paint, the price would be the same. This is ridiculous. Here are pictures of their job, then my fix once I got home.
Totally amateur. Horrible gel manicure. Rough edges; gel on cuticles. Worst manicure ever.
