I got a Brazilian wax here and while they did a pretty good job on the actual wax, the experience was just so uncomfortable and unprofessional it was not worth it whatsoever. They had two women in there, one just to watch, which they did not ask if that was okay, and I felt like a test subject. They were very judgmental and seemed concerned the whole time. There was even a point where one of the ladies opened the door while I was undressed on the table. Even just the interior of the place wasn't very nice and I didn't feel comfortable or safe whatsoever. I would definitely not recommend going here for any type of wax besides maybe your eyebrows. They added on additional charges that they didn't let me know during the wax. I have had a wax before and this experience was horrible compared to it, they did not seem to even know basic wax protocols. It wasn't super expensive but it wasn't worth the money. This was several months and I was scared to leave the review but if I was looking for a wax I would want to know.

Every time I go here to get my eyebrows threaded she does an amazing job!!!!! She is very friendly and accommodating for hours.

Come here if you want half of your eyebrow cutoff. Terrible costumer service. When I told the lady she messed up my eyebrow she continued to make me pay and said she didn't touch that part of my eyebrow there was never any hair that. Terrible experience.

I read the reviews before driving an hour and half to get my eyebrows done and had really high hopes of my eyebrows turning out how they usually do when I give clear instructions of how I want my eyebrows to look. I got there and told the salon worker that I would need my eyebrows to be reshaped and I would like an arch. After doing the first eyebrow, I realized she didn't do anything I asked of her and she made my eyebrow in the shape of a legit rainbow. No arch, whatsoever. I then told her where to take off hair to make it somewhat close to what I wanted and that didn't happen either. I then told her to just clean up the other eyebrow and don't try to shape it and she tried shaping it after I told her not too. I was explaining to her what I wanted and how I wasn't given that and she then told me there was no possible way to arch my eyebrows because I don't have an arch. I explained to her that I have been getting my eyebrows done since I was 16 (I'm 27) and I have never been told that. I will not be returning her and frankly, wasted a ton of gas. Zero stars if I could give that rating.
