Worst service I have ever received. I booked an appointment to get acrylics removed, gel set with one tip for a nail that was broken and a pedicure. They booked the appointment and when I came in and started on my nails then told me they did not have time to do any of the services. They removed my acrylics and did not put a tip on my broken nail so they were all uneven, never mind shaping the other nails at all. Rude nail techs and bad service, avoid if possible.
Mother and daughter team Amber and Kelly hold this business together on their own. Very quiet and relaxing nail salon. Kind of had wanted to keep it a secret. I like to go here because I don't run into 1 million people and I can just unplug, clean and friendly.
Horrible. I am someone who gets my nails done faithfully and have for many years. I came to visit my sister and decided to have a girls day out. She knows I'm EXTREMELY picky about my nails. I even call prior and expressed all my concerns and assured I would be very happy. Open arrival I again asked all my concerns even stated if it's a problem that's ok I understand and again was told I would be very happy. Well let just say I ALWAYS get ANC and I left with all my natural nails cut OFF I asked for a trim not cut off completely and was so mad I even expressed that's extremely short not what I asked for which I was ignored. Walked out with gel polish not covering full nail and cost 30. Don't waste your time or money VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
A friend recommended this salon. Hubby and I both thought the mani pedi was great. They really spent a lot of time. The salon is very clean staff professional and they all work as a team supporting one another.
