Princess Nails in Pelham, AL

Will not go back , had like 3 people work on me and rushed the whole time .. was not relaxing at all & also felt like it was pricey ... mother got French tip done and did not do a good job !

First time I came here 3 years ago. I adored the personalities of the staff and now they know me so well. Its a fun uplifting place. The quality of the manis and pedis from the women are great! Tina is very creative with artwork, and the others take time to do the nails right. Friday nights are very busy, so you'll wait quite a while. But you'll love what you walk out with.

This was my fifth time coming to this place.  I have had mixed feelings every-time.  For the most part everyone is friendly,  but they ALWAYS rush you.  I went in today for a gel removal and to get a new set.  When I arrive only 2 other customer were there.  The male owner starts soaking my nails......walks away.....comes back grinds some polish off...... makes me soak again..... comes back grinds some more....soak again.....mindful my entire fingertips are submerged in acetone for 20 minutes by this time.  He then ask me to pick my color from over 100 different chooses....with ONE HAND while he starts filing my other hand.  Then while I'm still going thru the 100s of color choices he wants me to get up and move to another chair for another nail artist to finish my manicure......only 1 other customer is in the store.  No one is waiting.  I was like let me pick my color then I'll move over.  The new nail person is like what color what color you want.....I said I want to go thru the colors and pick one......all of this from the time I got the nail color choices,  one filed hand, and the new person asking me about my color transpired in 4 minutes.  Are you kidding me???? You guys need to be more patient.  Im about to pay you $50 for one hours worth of work and you are rushing me to pick a color and move seats!! This is suppose to be a relaxing treatment.

Been here 3-4 times for Mani or pedi. At first it was okay. The service was good and the main lady was sweet. The massage chair I sat in was broken which is pretty much my main reason for getting a pedi.

Then one time I literally had every member in the family work on me-one started, then traded me off to the other, who then passed me off to another near the end. Still, they did a good job.

The last time I went will stay the last... It was just... WEIRD. the guy took almost an hour for a simple pedi.
I noticed he would scrub my feet fast, and then get slower... And slower... And stop... Then suddenly speed up again. I tried not to stare but when I looked at him, it looked like his eyes were closed! I'm pretty sure this guy was falling asleep while he did my nails!! I feel bad because he probably was working on finals that week or something but it was extremely strange.

Then I glanced over and saw the health score on the wall--68!! The place looks clean but that was enough for me-- I'll be using somewhere else from now on.
