My nails came out terrible, the lady who did them got a attitude with me for no reason, and the service was garbage they made me wait for a good 10-15 minutes (I had a appointment) -13/10 don't recommend
Don't go there. It was a bad experience from the moment I sat down at the nail table to the moment I left. NONE of their nail swatches (labeled with the brand DND) match their actual dip powders (labeled with the brand Chloe). I asked for red and the dip powder was neon orange peach. She seemed completely clueless to the fact that the colors were two different colors and couldn't understand my frustration, so I left with a clear top coat and I said I would get them polished at another salon.
Utter waste of time and money. The eyebrow wax and lip wax were done nicely and the girl was friendly. I had a different girl for my nails.
The salon smelled like nasty, musty body odor. I only stayed because I had a broken nail and I needed to go to the Publix right next door. Never again.
I'd just started going here and had recently got my nails down twice. I recently went back and the lady that did my nails wasn't there and the other ladies tell me they have to close early due to an emergency. Although, it wasn't time for them to close and the business door and lights were still on. I wait a few days later and go back. The same two ladies are there working on customers but tell me they cannot help me today because they are short handed. I ask when I should come back, and they say next week!! Mind you, it's in the middle of the day and they have another customer waiting in the wait area who they are going to serve. So looks like they are picking and choosing who they want to serve. They won't get anymore of my money and I'm disgusted by the level of horrible customer service!!
I really enjoyed this place! It's not the most high end/luxury place but it gets the job done in a decent amount of time. It wasn't terribly busy either. The longest I've ever had to wait here was about 10 minutes. Definitely would come back :)
Terrible service and hygiene! Rude!! Go somewhere else and get what you pay for!!! Horrible, nasty, broken chairs!!!
