omg worsttttt place to get a frenchhh none look even ughhh some fat some skinny dint even paint the sides like what i knew she wasnt gonna get it straight she was shaking the whole time took her 2 hours like i am paying to relax get a good job and a 5 year old can do better than w.e they did ughhhh she also had her nail license expired she got it from the Dollar store smh they just hired anybody.
The nails are a little bubbly, but only really noticed up close. They didn't turn out exactly like the inspo picture, but they're not bad. My thumb was cut in one spot, but other than that these turned out okay.
I made an appointment and arrived ten minutes early. 20 minutes after my appointment time I still was not helped. My experience is usually great when I do walk-in pedicures. I'm assuming walk-ins are prioritized over appointments. I feel like there are prioritizations with skin color as well.
I made an appointment and still had to wait long before anyone helped me. For covid conscious people- there's no mask policy at all. I walked in and two customers were without masks, they didn't even have them around. None of the staff said anything to those customers.
This is the best nail place I've ever been to. The workers are so welcoming and helpful. They never get impatient and really care about their customers. Great atmosphere and very up to speed with all of the covid safety measures!
