First of all, this place does not do good work. Besides that the owner parks in front of the next door business (Notorious d.o.g.) in their ONE parking spot that is right in front of their business which means easy access to elderly and disabled customers. When the owner told him that they would like the spot left open for their elderly customers he replied with, "THEY CAN WALK"!!! If you are anyone you know is elderly, disabled, or if you have any kind of moral compass i would not support this business. I'm only giving it one star because you have to give it something to write a review.
I came here because I'm still looking for a consistently decent pedicure. They were able to see me right away, but very little scrubbing, no cleaning under nails, no grooming around the toenails, massage was just like "let me rub some lotion on you." I was in the chair for about 20 minutes start to finish. Very disappointed. Not again. Still looking for a good pedicure, if anyone has recommendations.
Just wasted $45 and over an hour on the worst full set I've ever had. Save your time and money. Wish I wouldve checked Yelp first!

Quite possibly the worst pedicure I've ever had. I lived here a few years back and enjoyed coming to this nail salon. When I arrived today (a Monday around 4pm) there were three people working. I asked for a pedicure and was told to pick my color. Sitting down in my chair no one asked the type of pedicure I wanted, or communicated with me in any way. The lady doing my pedicure cut me three different times, to the point of blood on multiple toes. The other lady who was "working" came over from sitting in one of the massage chairs and talking on her cell phone to see it, chuckled and went back to her massage chair and continued with her phone conversation. After my toes had soaked again and she did minimal scrubbing or massage she proceeded to paint my toes... they were still bleeding. She just put acetone on them and wiped the blood away. The only other time I was spoken to was to pay. Definitely won't return to this salon.
I have been going to Princess Nails for almost 2 years. I have always been greeted and taken care of by all the staff. I currently set up all my appointments with Hannah and it is not a reflection on any other staff. I just can get in when it is convenient for both of us. Great place!
