I had an appointment last Monday for 12pm. I made the appointment that previous Saturday. The appointment was for a pedicure & dip nails. I got there for my appointment time on Monday, was asked if I had one which I of course said yes. The girl looks @ the appointment book & clearly sees my name as I do. She asks if I can come back @ 2pm & I stated no because I have a newborn so I couldn't be away that long, not to mention I drove 30 minutes to get there in the first place. Plus, what is the point of making an appointment if the business won't honor it. ALSO, they had my cell number so if something changed they could have called. She then tells me I can just get a pedicure but I can't get my nails done because she has someone else coming & would have to stop doing mine when they came because of their appointment?! What?! How is it that my appointment means less than someone else's? Apparently I wasn't the right "type" of customer for them. That was clear from looking @ the only type of clients that were there. If they were unwilling to do my nails in the first place they shouldn't have made an appointment for me so I wouldn't have wasted my time with them. She was completely unprofessional & RUDE.
Service is excellent! Polite staff. The owner,Thang, does the best SNS nails in Slidell. I'm always satisfied when I leave this place of business. I highly recommend.
