Today I had an amazing facial with Shannon. She is 100% a professional. She listened to my concerns, examined my skin and proposed a facial plan. The entire experience was relaxing and reassuring. I left feeling refreshed and glowing! You can trust Shannon with sensitive skin, fragile skin, aging skin.

This Salon is amazing ! I never leave there unhappy with my hair .  The entire staff is friendly .  From the moment you walk into the salon you feel right at home .  Recently moved into town and I had a bad experience at another local salon and had allot of damage from chemicals being left in to long .  So took a chance and came to serendipity, and words cannot express how happy I am with how healthy my hair has become .  Took some time but wow this salon is top notch!

For the BEST and most amazingly gorgeous hair, Serendipity Salon is my #1 choice on the Northshore! It's certainly no surprise that Serendipity Salon has been voted as the Northshore's best salon 4 years in a row! All of the staff here are close knit like family, welcoming clients with their lovely charm and smiles. They even offer beverages to each client upon arrival.

You'll feel happy, friendly, positive and warm vibes in a relaxed atmosphere. Whatever doubts I had initially about trying a new salon dissipated, because I felt comfortable interacting with the staff, as if I were right at home. Upon meeting and consulting with Thomas for my hair cut, I felt confident enough to trust my precious hair in his talented hands. He was very knowledgeable and gave me thorough explanations of all my questions. I can't thank him enough for making me feel like a princess with the absolute BESTTT hair ever! It's only been 2 days since my hair cut, and I am already looking forward to my next hair appointment!!!

Everyone here is hard working and passionate about what they do and you can tell how much they love their jobs and their clientele. You can easily call to make an appointment and sweet Cameron at reception will take the time to help you! A courtesy reminder text message is sent prior to your hair appointment, which you can then confirm or call back for changes.  No appointment is ever rushed and each stylist takes the time to listen and be attentive to their client's needs. The atmosphere is great, loved that the employees all stuck to matching black clothing theme. Thomas cut my daughter's naturally curly hair. His knowledge of curly hair is phenomenal and I really appreciated his guidance. Katelynn brought my long hair back to life with blended layers. I did pay more money for cut and styles, BUT, it was well worth it to pay more for phenomenal service.

Had one of the owners who seemed in a hurry or having a bad day. Neighbor had to trim missed strands after first cut and the front  didn't match. Gave her another chance but at 2nd cut there was no improvement in attitude or work done.
