I went to this hair salon and I had my daughter's hair in a puff. They told me to detangle her hair or it would be an additional $35. We went to my car and detangle my daughters hair. Arriving back there was a spectacle of 3 separate staff members examining her hair determining if it was detangled enough. We were able to comb through her hair however the stylist made reference to it being too thick. She got the manager involved to feel her hair as well. The entire experience was humiliating for myself and my 9 year old. The stylist Alexa's was beyond rude, I'm glad that I did not leave my child there to get her hair done. Alexas was completely nasty throughout the entire process and was yanking her hair to demonstrate. I will never set foot in this location again. I will be taking my services back to Just4Girls salon.

This visit has been very interesting to say the least... LONG POST...... LET ME JUST EXPRESS I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH CHARACTERS TO DISCLOSE MY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OCTOBER 14, 2022. I have patronized this business since I was referred by my old hairstylist and began patronizing this business several years ago ( at least 3). I had nothing but great experiences every time my daughter was serviced by Vonsha and then Mimi for the most part. I raved to others about Princess Hair Pizzazz when asked who does your daughter's hair. I later began receiving services as well... yesterday marked my 4th time patronizing this salon for braiding services. Fast forward to yesterday evening. I booked on Vargo for the same service I've received twice prior to this appointment. No problem... paid my deposit of $25.01 remaining balance was $25. It's the same style ( 2 french braids) and price I paid prior. Cool no issue. I receive a call from the salon asking if I can come in early as my appointment was conveniently scheduled for 8pm. I agree to 7pm... Shortly after the call ended my stylist sent me a text asking if I could be on the way because she needed to tend to her children. Keep in mind it's traffic, I live a good 40 minutes away and I've just arrived home since leaving for work earlier that morning. ..I needed a minute. After contacting the salon a second time to express my concern I asked to speak with Shay, D, or Diamond who by the way just did my hair a few short weeks ago ( 2 french braids). Shay and D are dealing with a personal matter and Diamond is with a customer I was told. I mentioned contacting Sunshine who managed the salon at one point. I then was placed on hold and quickly told 7pm was fine; there seemed to be a miscommunication ok no problem. STAY WITH ME ! I arrive a few minutes after 7... immediately when I walk in I can tell the energy is off and I'm uncomfortable. Long story short...When it was time to pay the acting manager attempted to charge me I think $50 or $60 more. I'm not paying that amount I stated! I booked online and my remaining balance is $25! I'm told the Adult Special is not valid on Fridays and stops after 2pm I believe. It's on our website she says. WHERE?? I explained it's not on the app!! Modifications/ Specials etc should populate in as such! I'm a paying customer and it's not my issue. This person then tells me she will call the police or they can take my hair out! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! HUMILIATED, APALLED AND PISSED! You're not taking nothing out! Call the police I have time today... I asked if she could call Sunshine, instead she call another person. They are negotiating my charges... ITS CRAZY! I kept my composure and didn't raise my voice while the young lady spoke to me as if I was someone off the street corner. Tried charging me for a blow dry ... wait my hair was washed, colored and blow dried in addition to me supplying my own hair! She spoke over me as I stated I was not in the wrong. Review the app yourself I expressed. She reviewed my appointment on the app and also watched me book the very same appointment for the following day; same style and price!!!! She threatened to charge my card on file no ma'am, I am paying with this card thank you! HONESTLY SHE PROBABLY STILL CHARGED THE OTHER CARD.. In all of my 45yrs of getting my hair done, I never in a million years could I forsee something like this taking place! I was so angry I was in tears. If you treated me like this then there surely are others! She told me I can never receive services! No You've lost my business and cost the owner a faithful customer. Be mindful of how you talk to people, how you address others and handle challenging situations. The consumer keeps you in business! All help ain't good help... hire professionals who are experienced in resolving conflict, those who are tactful and efficient. They say support black business but at what cost

This was my first time at this salon. As a dad walking in to get his daughters hair done, it can sometimes be an event but nope not here. So here's the story... Got my times mixed up and arrived 30 minutes late though I thought I was on time. Both my little queens were scheduled to get their hair done at the same time so I was missing both heads. When I attempted to check in, MiMi, who was sitting at check in today, let me know that I had missed my appointment. For me in moments like this you have to own your part and hold yourself accountable and NOT expect anything in return. So I simply apologize for the time I might have wasted time by having the stylist wait. I was also prepared to forfeit my deposit because the stylist should be paid for their time. Mimi looked for ways to accommodate me as I prepared to schedule and leave. Up walks the stylists (Chrissy and Diamond) each taking one of my girls and doing their hair. I do understand that I got lucky that maybe the style was quick or that a cancellation may have come through but either way I was filled with gratitude. I was filled with even more as the did the girls hair with any noise or whimpering. Even when the tablet died, they simply sat there and enjoyed the pampering. After the hair was done they got to pick their bows and grab a lollipop. Mimi explain more about how future appointments would make it easier to fit both girls in at the same time. She even show so much patience as I had to call the wifey on speakerphone to schedule future appointments. The moral of the story for me was it matters how you own your mistakes with condition and take care of those when you can because life is a full circle.

Very disappointed in there lack of consistency Money hungry , unprofessional .... Beware !!!! my daughter has been going to this salon for a while. They are consistently late , over booked , changing stylist. We were delayed because of traffic and they told us our appointment could not be accommodated, I was 15 minutes late !!!!(we have waited for our stylist for an hour before they started my daughters hair at previous visits ! ). Now we must forfeit our " deposit" and reschedule the appointment . The next day was available at 6:30pm ... they called earlier to say 1:30pm was free we went ......it took 5.5 hours to wash blow dry and braid 16 braids and it cost 85 bucks previous deposit was null and void . This is not how you treat loyal customers ....Princess Pizazz , if you are considering them keep Looking
