The people were friendly but didn't understand English enough to have a conversation about what we wanted in a pedicure. The pedicure was fine but my acrylic nails were coming loose from the nail bed before a week was even out. I had to take them all off in less than a week. Do not recommend.
Very disappointing experience this morning. I signed in at 11am as the first walk-in on the list. No one spoke to nor acknowledged me at any time while I was sitting waiting for my turn. There were several other walk ins that came in behind me that were spoken to and serviced, still no one had addressed me. So after the third person was asked about what they needed, I looked into the situation. I had been crossed off the list and lied to saying they were waiting on a chair. I sat there for a little over an hour. After the lie, I left. It's unfortunate because this has been my go to place.
Usually have a good experience here. They are remodeling and improving the place which is great. The only thing I wish they had was a price sheet to show you all the different levels. They do a great job sand belting my feet and clipping my eagle claws.
Wonderful and exceptional professional friendly staff! Great prices on nail services! Would highly recommend to everyone!
