I wanted to like this place and went numerous times. Too many bad experiences with rude techs, and a rushed/shoddy job. Some techs are great here, and some are not. I'd rather go somewhere with more consistency.
Been coming here a long time but I feel like service has gone down hill lately, the woman who did my pedicure today was rude, seemed annoyed to be working, felt like I was getting a pedicure from a prison guard. I think she said maybe 2 words to me, never looked me in the eye. The pedicure itself was ok, just not enjoyable at all. Not everyone here is like that, but I feel like it's hit or miss. Prices keep going up and they charge extra if you use your credit card to pay.
Sonya is wonderful. She manicured my short, acrylic nails exactly the way I like them. The shape and polish are perfect.
I was traveling in Knoxville to see my daughter and needed a nail repair. Looked up best nail spa and made an appt. Jaya fixed my nail and did an absolutely fabulous job painting. She was so friendly, professional and meticulous. I cldnt have found a better place just wish I lived closer.
