PMK Nail Salon in East Longmeadow, MA

I have never felt so compelled to write a review and share my experience in my entire life. I give this nail salon no stars. My teen daughter saved her money to get a full set. She was so excited. Well, we went to PMK nail salon and had the worst possible experience ever. Big mistake. First off, the prices are very high. I have never seen a nail salon that does not include nail polish with a full set. So $40 for a full set of acrylic nails (not gel) plus an additional $5 for nail polish that should be included in a full set. My daughter wanted a few hearts for Valentine's Day on two nails and that was another $5. Lynn, the nail tech, was running late past our appointment time so she had another tech apply the tips. Fine. Well then Lynn comes along and basically rushes through and the nails look thick, uneven length and shape and just messy looking overall. Here comes the best part- she painted my daughters nails so messy and the nail art (that we paid an additional $5 for) was done so sloppy it looks like it was done by a toddler. She didn't wait for the polish to dry before applying clear polish and the red polish from the hearts streaked all over the pink polish underneath. She tried to play it off like nothing and sent my daughter to dry her nails while she went to go warm up her car to leave. When she came back, I pointed it out, she got loud and rude about it and made us feel really uncomfortable. This nail salon has high end prices with low end products and services. No attention to detail and terrible customer service. The place is kind of gross looking too. Needless to say, we will never go back nor recommend this nail salon to anyone. Edit to include- had to pay another $30 to another nail salon to fix my daughters nails.

Horrible service. Super thick uncomfortable acrylics put on- when being taken off cracked my nail beds and caused them to bleed and left me in horrible pain. Then the woman who originally did them , said I was at fault. Not coming back.

This was me and my daughters first time here! She is 3 and this was her first experience. The place was very clean, kind, and prices were very reasonable! We'll definitely be back!

I was very happy with my experience at PMK yesterday. The nail salon was quiet, which I love! I hate when they are loud and people have to yell to speak to each other. Tina did my nails and let me tell you, she was great! I haven't gotten a manicure done in such a long time and because of her job well done, I will be a regular. Prices were good, it was $30 for my gel manicure. But overall what I was really impressed with was the cleanliness of the salon and the variety of color options that they had for their gel polish... probably over 50! I've never been to a local place that has so many great options. It was so hard to choose. PMK is a great place and I would recommend it to anyone!

Absolutely the best around. Number one thing for me the place is spotlessly clean. There is an amazing ventilation system that takes the smell away and its just smells clean. My gel manicure was perfect and spot on. The gel fill was done with absolute perfection. My pedicure the 30 dollar pedicure was great as well. Over all amazing. Sweetest people working there and very meticulous about their work. They also put gloves on your hands to protect skin from UV lights.
