Bad service, dirty, misleading, too expensive for what you get. Blueberry pedicure means you get a regular pedicure but they charge you more. Also cleans tools while your feet are still in tub...nasty. Not happy. Go to enfield red carpet they are much better.

Absolutely do not go!! I went the first time, I loved my nails they did a great job! Went back for a nail fill and holy smokes every nail started lifting the were shaped like a ski hill! Called and spoke with the man, he said come in he will fix! Ok so I went in to fix and a two year old could have done better! Day two started lifting again, had open sores from the filling! I do not recommend going here at all! Actually called the state board and I would like my $90 back!! But I know I'll never see it!! Worst job I have ever seen!! I can't even give them a star, but I had too

I requested an acrylic fill. Which on their website on their website that says for an acrylic fill is $25. Oh, they charged me $50 for a full set a UV acrylic nails which I did not get on top of that she did a mediocre job for a simple fill that I asked for I don't recommend this place to anybody she said the reason why they charge so much was because their rent is really high and there in East Longmeadow. That was her reason I will never go there again. I didn't give her a tip I didn't leave there happy I usually get my nails done somewhere else but they were closed. It was more convenient on a Sunday but I regret it they're already chipping and it's only been 2 days many ladies like me when they go to a Salon they expect to be pampered and it was totally the opposite. In fact one of my nails is already chipping. I got them done on Sunday. It's Tuesday And one of my nails is already chipping. It's like I gave my money away. you go to school for this right you have a license and if it's the first time a customer is coming in wouldn't you try to do the best job so they can come back well they didn't. I'm very very disappointed ladies I don't recommend this place they don't know what they're doing or maybe they do know exactly what they're doing and it's not right highway robbery ugly nails I regret it 100%

Avoid this nail salon! Dirty, and items don't seemed to be cleaned. Also they try to upsell you on every service and they even charged me for treatment that I did not ask for and did nothing when I confronted them! My manicure was done sloppily as the whole nail is not covered in polish and there are bumpy parts on my nail. Was not impressed and very disappointed!! Couldn't even bring me my flip flops after my pedicure

I haven't had a mani and pedi in a very long time! I walked in (no appointment) and they took me right away! MICHELE was the best ! And everyone was so friendly! Thank you for making my day! I would highly recommend!
