Planet Fitness in Plattsburgh, NY

Awful customer service. Came in with my friend and needed to use the tanning bed but didn't know how so she came in to show me how to use it. They accused her of trying to tan in it after they told her she couldn't. Rude, immature and unprofessional employees. I once again came in with one guest and I was accused of fraudulent for previous incidents I had no involvement in. They barely answered the questionS I had about the accusations and continued to make me wait for help while they assisted other customers that came in after me. The planet fitness from my hometown was not like this at all. This is the first problem I've as with a planet fitness and it is not worth going to at all. Unacceptable treatment by the employees, just awful.

I have been a customer at Planet Fitness for a while now and just today I went in with my friends and encountered a rude employee. We wanted to ask the lady at the desk a simple question about allowing in an extra guest and if it was possible just for that day but instead of being helpful she was straight up rude. She came off as standoffish and wasn't even willing to help us. We ended up leaving and answering our question our self no thanks to her.

Excellent PF gym, no complaints with equipment, lines, extras and friendly service. His here for one wknd but I would / will come back in the future.

The customer service at the counter is absolutely the worst! I kept getting double charged on the monthly charges, and it took over 4 months for them to get it straightened out. The manager is never there, for any assistance. And the final thing is when I called in to let them know that I was still being over charged, the assistant manager started using profanity and hung up the phone in my face. The most unprofessional group of people I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Save your money and go to a respectable fitness center instead!
