I give this place 0 stars. I did a walk in yesterday and I was quoted a price for a fill and polish. Ended up costing me $15 more than the quote. She charged me for this stupid little plastic box you could buy at Walmart or the dollar store for a dollar. She said all new clients ha$ to have a box to put their supplies into. This was utter nonsense. I just wanted to leave. She had already done my nails and kept going on and on about this stupid box. She said because of Covid...all of her repeat customers (I certainly will not be one) had their own files, etc in their own box. She would not stop talking about this box. Finally, I just left after paying the amount that was $15 over what she had quoted me.

I usually don't leave reviews on businesses but felt I needed to today because I had a bad experience here at this nail salon. I called to make an appointment and Got in pretty quickly. She had me sit down and started quickly working on me and I showed her a picture of what I was wanting. The picture included three different gel polish colors. She informed me for extra colors it was going to be $3 dollars extra per color. I let her know That I was surprised for the extra charge because most nail salons I've been to never charged extra. Your usually able to pick up to 3 colors at no extra charge. She said she also charges extra to remove gel polish which again this was the first salon to do that. Most nail salons charge $20 for a gel polish that includes picking up to three different colors and a gel polish removal. When I let her know how I felt about the extra charges she starts getting more aggressive while working on my nails. She soaks my nails in acetone for 1 to 2 minutes at the most then starts drilling the rest of the gel polish off which caused my nails to become brittle and thin and because of her aggressiveness she broke one of my nails. She tried fixing it by putting nail glue on it. I'll post a picture of the broken nail below that she was supposed to fix. She starts painting my nails and I noticed one of my nails had too much polish on it which had a huge uneven lump so I let her know and she told me it was the way I was positioning my hand and I said no it's pretty lumpy and she said no it's OK. At this point I just want to get up and leave because nothing was going right. The nail job was horrible it was rushed, she was aggressive, The paint job was awful had gel polish all over my cuticles, The way she filed my nails were crooked and uneven. Just an overall bad experience. Next time I will wait to be fit in with my regular nail tech so I don't have to deal With this again. I would definitely not recommend going here.

I took my daughter here for us to get pedicures. The lady that took care of us was so sweet and did a great job. We upgraded and did the paraffin wax which was amazing! We will be back.

I normally have my mani & pedis here the last year . They are fast and efficient and do a pretty great job on gel nails . Mine usually last for up to four weeks , no chipping . I would recommend to anyone who is a get in get out type of person .

Stephanie is wonderful.  Very fast and does a great job.  Always gets me right in. My nails don't chip like at other salons. I highly recommend!
