Love this place! They are so sweet and friendly here. Great pedicures, clean facility, and love the staff.

This was my second visit, the first visit I asked for a manicure (Tracy's idea of a manicure was pushing back my cuticles), she then gave me a full set of acrylic nails, the were just awful! Too big, too wide, they looked like bear claws. There was no reason for her to NOT do a proper manicure, there was no one there!  (that should've been my first clue of a bad place).  Went a second time, sought out another tech, the pedicure was nothing I have ever experienced before. Polish, toe nail cutting, a few scrapes on the bottom of my heels. (she never cleaned any of the tools) Just gross! The whole pedicure took about 45 min. so in the mean time, the horrible fake nails they did weeks ago, they left my fingers wrapped in foil and cotton so long that I got chemical burns on my fingers. I wanted a mani-pedi, got neither! The manicurist must of been in a rush, (again 3 un-busy techs standing around) no one else was waiting. The tech scrapped most of the debris off my nails and called it a manicure. There was old nail polish left, she didn't ask if I wanted my natural nails clipped, she took a toe nail clipper to my nails and just clipped away as if she was on fire, before I could say anything I was left with now stubs and chemical burns. I wanted a manicure, pedicure and another full set of nails. She started to put tips on my finger with the old nail polish and the left over debris of old nails  I could a mediocre pedicure.  After she clipped all my nails... I got up and walked out.  Will never go back. They have no idea what they are doing, and they DO NOT CLEAN or SANITIZE anything, including work stations.

This place is not worth your money! I was the only person in there & nobody even acknowledged me or tried to have a decent conversation with me. I asked to get a shellac manicure & deluxe pedicure. They didn't even do the full service on my pedicure they only put lotion on my legs! Not even my feet! If you've been there before you know a deluxe pedicure is normally hot towels and hot rocks and hot wax and end with lotion! She didn't even bother cutting my finger nails or filing them. I got home noticing each nail was a different length! My shellac isn't even shinny it looks dirty. Horrible service definitely not worth $70 and they definitely didn't deserve the $20 tip I left. I called back as soon as I noticed how bad my manicure was. The guy didn't even apologize I asked to go in on Friday to get it fixed! & he just said "ok she will fix for me" but to call before going in because they get "busy" on Fridays. Imagine how shitty of a job they do when they get "busy" not worth it.

I have been twice in this location. The first time the service was average but the lady was nice. I went back to only cut my nails and they charged 7.00 bucks with I thought it was too much. Today I went in and she was trying to charge way too much, and the lady had a very poor attitude. I understand paying more in an upscale place which this is far from it. I think in terms of paying a fair price for a basic service. This is not the place to come! I'm never coming back!
