0 Stars: My husband wanted to surprise me with a clean cut after my trip from Chicago. Unfortunately the lady who cut his hair did a HORRIBLE job. He requested a fade and to clean up the top, he came home with his sides completely shaved off and it looked like a sloppy bowl cut with uneven lining  for $30 too! We took the beard trimmer to his head and it looks so much better, and I'm by no means a licensed cosmetologist lol Perhaps they are good at women's cuts, definitely not ethnic mens'. I highly recommend you go elsewhere!

Oh man. She knew exactly what I needed and understood why. She did precisely what I asked for and blew my mind.

Don't come for lashes. They looked bad, lash lady vaped the whole time, and she told me if I needed them removed she could do it for free then charged me to get them removed once that day came. I didn't have money on me except the $7 in my boyfriends wallet that was left in my car which she happily took from me. Although the lashes are cheap, it's not worth it.

Went here for the first time last week and had Rachael cut my hair. She gave me one of the best cuts I've ever had. I wanted a bob but my hair is super dry, damaged and wavy. Rachael knew exactly how to cut it to make it lay in a super cute, flattering bob. Everyone there was also very friendly. I will absolutely return to have Rachael cut and color my hair!

This place is so frustrating! Back when I used to get regular cuts because I kept my hair short, this was my go-to place! Now that I've let my mop grow long, I've called twice in the last several months looking to book a same-day appointment for a trim. I've now been told twice that there's no availability when I call, nor offered an alternative or appointment in a reasonable amount of time. I'm glad that their existing customers are priority, but I'm looking for a new salon for my annual 3" trim. This is ridiculous!! Walk-ins Welcome? Ha! Yeah right!!!
