USA Nails and Spa Salon in Northglenn, CO

Get Nikki. She's good. I went in while she wasn't there and they completely messed up my nails. they weren't close to the cuticle and the shellac chipped. I get shellac so it doesn't chip. i called them 6 days in because i was fed up with getting chips. my nails already looked grown out and they blamed it on "good health". they were gonna charge me for a full rebase. i got charged for a recolor because "i chose a new color" (a slightly darker blue). they were literally going to fill the chip and send me on my way. this place sucks. take your money elsewhere. you shouldn't have to go back and pay for their mistakes. it's stupid.

If I was to give ratings from 0 it would be 0. I went in a couple days ago showed them a picture of a full set the lady looked at me then asked another lady if I can get them done and she says no. Understandable right. The lady gets started i notice bumps on her application the shaping was all wrong the size even the color for the base. I showed her a picture it was French tips. When I tell you she didn't know how to I mean she didn't know how to. She put polish on then took it off then put it back then with a brush in nail polish remover she took off little by little. Was not what I asked for. She said "it's too hard I don't know how to" Cindy and another lady came up and where showing her how to do it I washed my hands went back and fourth 4 times just for bubbles in the polish uneven lines they changed up everything I asked for and made them look like duck nails. I got to my car and started crying. I also want to talk about how they did not use a new file buffer or drill bits. I took off the polish and fixed the shape myself on one hand I fixed everything. No it doesn't not look like how I would want it too look but it is so much better to what I asked for. The hand I did not fix the nails broke the following week. I also went for a pedi and they where so rough and trying to force me into going with a lady after I said no I'll come back next time.  Not going back for sure. The one with text is the hand I tried fixing vs the hand that was untouched after a few days

cindy has been my nail tech since i was 8 and i'm 16 she's watched me grow i love that lady so much she's so sweet and patient always makes sure you're comfortable and happy she deserve so much and i hope she's doing amazing i don't see her often because i'm in highschool and always busy but when i do see her she's always so welcoming

It was the worst nail experience I have ever had they were rude to me didn't even acknowledge me the whole time they did my nails they talked to the person next to me she was super rough on my feet I didn't like there service at all literally would never recommend would actually recommend they get shut down

Horrible place. Not very clean. The older woman was incredibly rough and my pedicure polish may as well have been done by a 4 year old. Very expensive for crappy service. There are new, super clean, amazing new nail places all over the metro. Avoid this place.  Not many COVID precautions going on in this place either.
