I go here for highlights. The colorist is very talented, and I can go longer than I have ever before without a retouch. I absolutely love how amazing she makes my hair look! Highly reccommend the actual services themselves.
The front desk staff needs some work. In my experience, when you go to a salon and tell the front desk you are here, they go back to get the stylist who takes you to their station. This doesn't happen here, I guess you're supposed to search for your stylist yourself? For a salon that says they are high end, I would expect the front desk to find my stylist for me. Just seems lazy.
If the customer service was better, I would give them 5 stars, no question.
Very expensive and not worth the cost of the haircut I got. The hairdresser didn't even style my hair or use any product. He simply let most it air dry. I expected more from a salon that charges these kinds of prices. I won't be going back.
