I read the reviews and made an appointment. I was impressed with the staff all around. We booked a first haircut and my child screamed the entire time and Cheryl was fantastic. It's a super busy place, lots of kids, tvs, sensory at every level so be prepared. That being said, the staff all around had great composure, were friendly and were somehow surviving! I think they're doing great and will definitely go back.

This place is terrible. I have tried more times than I'd like to admit to like it but most of the staff is miserable, rude, ignorant, and acts as if they have no time for the kids or parents. It's ridiculous. Don't work at a kids haircut place if you are going to have that demeanor. Not to mention the haircuts are not even good. I've never written a review on a single place I've been to in my life but I felt so strongly about how poor this place is that I created an account to do so. Don't go here. Your kids deserve better.
A while ago I had an appointment for my son and we were standing behind closed doors for 15 min. We set in a car when the employees arrived. They were not apologetic or showing any sense of hurrying up to open the salon. We left after their ignorant comments. My son was very dissapointed and me too. Will not set foot in this salon again.
We absolutely love coming here, my son actually sits through it and the girls do a fabulous job!
