Perfection Nail Bar and Organic Spa in Watertown, NY

Went in yesterday for a pedicure. I stated I wanted the $45 package with gel polish(which I knew would be an extra charge), I ended up being charged $76! Wtf?! Because the language barrier he "talked me up" and gave me the package I didn't ask for..

This is the worst place I have ever been in Watertown. The lady was screaming at me. Filed by nail crooked and left me full of oil. She took off my gel polish with the drill instead of soaking them causing my nails to be brittle and painful. Do not come here!

I usually have a good experience at Perfection but not today. I had a young woman who had never worked on my nails. There was no attention to detail that I'm used to from this establishment. three hours later, I'm still finding spots on my nails that weren't cleaned up or polished down. my nails are uneven with each other. when I left they were getting very busy and it seemed useless to complain. but to top it all off, I gave the manager a $10 tip for the young woman who worked on my nails. I heard him tell her when he put the money on her booth. she never turned around to thank me. I'll try again but I won't let her do my nails again. DISAPPOINTING!

I was a walk in on Friday March 3, 2023. I asked for a pedicure. Regular nail polish. I was greeted warmly. There was a problem with the sign in kiosk. I asked if the bar in the corner was functional thinking a glass of wine might be nice. The receptionist said it was just for show. I was so thirsty I asked if I could buy a bottle of water and was told it was complementary. I was seated quickly. The nail technician greeted me nicely. I explained I wanted my nails very short. The water was barely warm and gave me a foot cramp in my right foot. I have 3 nails on my left foot that have extra keratin growth so I asked to have her use the electric sander. This was not done. The nail polish was only on top not the edge top of the nail. When she went to put a hot towel on my left calf I jumped and ended up with a first degree burn. I paid for the $50 pedicure with a $10 tip. I was escorted to the table to put my feet under the dryer. Then the receptionist brought me my water apologizing that she forgot me. It really wasn't that busy. I need to say I have used this spa maybe 5 times before with friends with no problem. I was sent a text with a satisfaction survey, which I tried to fill out but the app kept crashing. I tried to leave a review on both the website and Facebook page. My feet hurt so bad that I am going to have to pay to have a repair pedicure. This was Friday and I still can't wear shoes. I will never ever go there again. They could give me a a free pedicure a month for a year and I still won't go. I do not recommend. I am not posting pictures because they're my feet.

i don't get my nails done often, so i'm not a good point person for pricing, but it seemed fair here. beyond that, the salon was nice and had a good atmosphere. i was able to walk in and be seen immediately. there was a large selection of colors and the nail technician did a great job! i will definitely come back here in the future,
