This was the first nail salon I've been to since moving up here from Hawaii. I love it because their customer service is great! They make you feel welcomed, they're very friendly, and they don't pressure you to any other services like some places do. Plus they offer complimentary drinks. I'm definitely going to be a regular :)

I went there yesterday hoping to get in, get out, save a buck, and find a new salon in the process. Holy hell! There were 3 techs there, and when I arrived at 3p, there were 4 customers, 3 in chairs. Man, are they slow!!! By 430p, I was still sitting there waiting!!!! I also watched a young lady come in complaining she had been there the previous day, her polish felt like sand, her cuticles had been cut up, and they cut them uneven and on her fingers. She said she had paid $60 and she thought it should have been better. The guy told her to "come back sometime next week and I'll see what I can do". She walked out in tears. I thought about trying again this morning, but screw that! It's not worth me walking out pissed later.

Horrible. The best part about this place was the massage chairs! The people were in such a rush with everything. I went for a mani/pedi and I basically paid $40 (including tip) for someone to paint my nails.
