Perfect Nail in High Point, NC

I have never seen such FILTH before in my life. This place needs to be shut down.! the carpet is so filthy. I was scared to put my shoes on the floor. There was a dead cockroach laying beside my chair. I feel so sorry for the ones that work in there that are very good at their skill they need to find somewhere else to work, because this filthy nasty place is going to ruin their reputation. I will never go back here ever again came out itching and something actually bit me while I was inside of this nasty place. Do not go here unless you want to come out with some type of rare disease or a fungus I give this place 0 stars. only reason why they got one star is because I had to put one disgusting!

Services were less than adequate. Nail tech services multiple customers at the same time instead of paying attention to the person sitting in her chair. Prices were also more expensive than the quality of work. Sanitation was also disappointing. The pedicure tub was dirty, and after expressing concern they simply removed the water from the tub and refilled it without properly cleaning it.

Never on time!!!!!! Had a pedicure done.  The lady did white tips without asking then tells me that it's a 5 dollar more charge!!!!

I have been going to this location for fifteen years and it seems now the customer service is becoming very poor.  Today upon getting my nails done I was told a different price than they charged me.  David told me that a design on all ten nails and a fill-in would be fifteen dollars.  When it was time for me to pay another man came up to me and said that my total would be thirty five dollars because I got a full set, I told that man that I did not get a full set.  He did not believe me so I told him that he could also ask David.  David came up to me and said that I did get a full set.  Then I reminded him that I did not get a full set.  Then he agreed with me.  Then David said that my nails would be twenty-seven dollars and not fifteen.  How can you do someone nails one minute and another minute later you do not remember what you did to the person nails?  While David was doing my nails he dropped a basket which was full of stuff, David made the comment, "OH SHIT" in front of my small children and I.  Also while my nails was drying a girl who was doing nails confronted me by saying my children broke her drill bit.  I knew my children did not break it because they were sitting beside me and I was keeping an eye on them.  I told her no my children did not break her drill bit and I told her how David dropped all that stuff on the floor.  She said I saw it on the floor with the powder.  Instead of going off in there I paid her the fifteen dollars that she said it costed.  I knew that there was about to be a problem between her and I if I did not pay her and I did not have time for that.  They got fifteen years of service from me but not anymore, I am done with that place.  If I was you, I would not go there as well.

I went to this nail salon twice and will never be back. My sister and I got French manicure fill ins. We asked the owner how much it would be. Upon paying, we were charged a higher price than what the owner said. I told the guy that the owner said it would be xx amount and he said "he doesn't know, he doesn't do nails." The owner didn't defend what he said initially and just awkwardly laughed. The nails were mediocre. The white tips were uneven. The fact that they could mess up a French scares me; I would never go for an actual design that requires talent. My first time was a basic color fill in and I was attracted by their cheap price. But I think I would rather pay a couple bucks more and go to a place that can actually do nails!
