Before coming to this nail salon I went to Premier nail. When I called to schedule an appointment I was told they relocated to this establishment. I made an appointment for that same day. Firstly I'd like to say the staff is nice. However when I asked for a simple acrylic nail with simple line design I was told I needed to get SNS and gel. I didn't argue and i simply agreed. When the nail tech finished the line work was absolutely horrendous. I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and figured it was just a design that although appears simple the line work must have been complex. The gel polish peeled off within the week. When I went back I asked for an even more simple design however the nail tech said it was ombré when I was asking for a French nail set. The "ombré" was soooo bad I was embarrassed to leave like that I so I asked for some line design on top. It went from bad to worse. It was what imagine would be in the fingers of a cheap stripper. Deciding again not to argue I let it be. I paid close to $70 and walked out. I immediately looked for another nail salon to fix it or paint over the nails. The first nail salon looked at my nails and said they could not fix it. I then went to another nail salon in which the employees and some customers looked at my nails and immediately started laughing at how badly it was. I have never been so embarrassed. I will never be going back to this place. Save yourself the embarrassment and time and money and find somewhere else to go.
I wanted to try Deluxe Spa & Nail because it is close to work. I will NOT go back. I asked for SNS and before a week was up my nails needed another manicure. They also charged around $42 for this. Normally this usually takes 1 hour and this took me 2 hours. Just not good quality at all for the prices.
This is now under new ownership. I followed the new owner from her previous location. I am very particular with my nails. I always get acrylic and gel for my nails and polish for my pedi. Not many nail technicians know how to do acrylic. Some are too thick and it looks chunky or some are too thin and it breaks easily. Vee does a phenomenal job on my nails. I won't go to anyone else.
Absolutely terrible experience. Nails filed misshapen and polish covering skin and not entire nail. Will never go back.
This place is great I had the best pedicure from Linda She's great and today Kay did my nails she done a wonderful job!! This is my favorite salon in the area!
