Didn't soak my nails to get dip off, instead pried it off with a tip and I asked her to soak it because it hurt and she did not, then gave me acrylic instead of dip, then I was like whatever I'll deal with it and then asked if I wanted regular or gel and I said regular and she gave me gel, won't be back

They make black customers pay first for nails they will sell you some bs about them charging you per length but that's a lie. I've returned 6 times to see how brown customers are treated they pay first. White customers come sit right down and get serviced. They do nice brows though

Karen has being doing my eyelashes for years. She does an outstanding job. However, I would suggest to call ahead and book an appointment, because they are always super busy! They are all very friendly & professional.

First off, the moment I walked in there were no people waiting... so I knew something was off. It smelled like actual shit inside. I got eyelash extensions, she gave me the wrong size and when I told her I wasn't satisfied, she was rude. She tried charging me extra after I paid for something I didn't ask for. She didn't put them on correctly, I have gotten them done at multiple places and this was a disappointing. She then continued to make fun of my eyes and bone structure. My friend got her nails done and they ripped her skin. There were many mistakes. Very upset. DONT GO HERE!!
