Perfect Look Hair Salon in Vancouver, WA

I'm new to the area. I have been with my stylist in AZ for 20+ years. It was scary to try someone new. I decided to give this location a try. I wanted high and low lights with a trim. The woman who did my hair was very nice, she requested a consult from her co-worker. Together they came up with the color I was looking for and the trim was good. The negative was this took a very long time. I will make an appointment here again and will make it with Geri. She was the consulting co-worker. She was fun with great energy most importantly she knows her color.

The "stylist" was terrible. I specifically asked for just the back not front to be cut all i needed was it to be textured. I'm trying for months and months to grow out and make it to the salon to get a good shape. just for her to cut almost two inches off and it looks like crap. Choppy uneven and just trashy. They suck don't go there I'm being 100% serious. She's the big, heavy set girl w curly hair that claims she hates people. All people, says she can't be around humans for more than a few hours and we're just extremely exhausting lol. She's honestly the worst "stylist" ever!

I have gone here several times over the last 5 years and never had complaints until today. Stylist, on the receipt it says Savannah but she didnt greet me or say her name so I'm not sure. Told them I just needed a trim, that I was growing out my hair and just wanted a couple inches off so it was just above my shoulders. She started brushing out my curly hair and then whomp, just cut. No misting to double checking length no, just chop. Told her that that was way shorter than I asked for and she replied, "well you said above the shoulders". She proceeded cutting not saying a single word. End of visit she charged me for cut and shampoo, again didnt even mist my hair. I went to my car and cried. Length is just to my cheek bones she took off at least 4-5". Came home and my 21 year old went through and evened it out, so many missed pieces and unevenness. I just wanted a pick me up and I left feeling like crap. Unheard, ignored and butchered.

It was literally the worst cut and full highlights...EVER! I left there looking like I never got anything done. No where near satisfied.

One of the worst haircut of my life. I paid $25 and got my hair cut in less than 5 minutes. She didn't even use water or even straighten out my part before cutting. I used to go here all the time to get my hair dyed and cut but after this experience I think I would have better luck doin it at home.
