I had a wonderful pedicure experience today at Patrick's. Everyone was nice and friendly with a smile on also.
I was excited to try this place, made an appointment a week in advance. They called to cancel at the last minute, with no attempt to rectify the situation, even when I explained I was on a tight schedule since I was about to leave for vacation. Kind of sad.
If you're looking for Novalash, go nowhere else. Jess is the best I have ever seen. Can't say enough great things about her!
So my review is ONLY based on their massages. I typically try to get a massage due to chronic upper back pain. The Salon it's self is well placed and decorated. I barely had to wait long before I got in with my masseuse. She was professional and asked where and if the pressure was deep enough. She literally worked on my head, neck and upper back (some lower) for an hour. On top of that... for a GREAT price. Also, I like to talk while I have a massage. Keep in mind, not all like it or even good at it. This lady was a wonderful conversationalist. Thus my appointment was perfect and I made the appointmen only 2 days before I met her and she had a wide open schedule. I will DEFINITELY go again if I have the time and money.
