Us Nails in Lansing, MI

Nice people. We get a pedicure and they do a great job. Although the last time I was in there for the first time a young man ridiculed me because I put my toe nail polish on all over the place. I have Essential Tremors in my hands, neck and legs. Instead of asking me nicely and professionally he had to make fun of the situation. I'm 65, please don't mock me. Yes I'll go back but I don't ask for him. Maybe one day I'll find another salon who are more professional.

I will never go back to this place again. I have been going for a year now. The fact that I came in and the owner told me I would be next for my pedicure with (Happy) So I pick the nail polish color and sat down and waited for 10 mins. For them, to have taken 3 ladies that was late more then 25 mins. And she did state that they were late and could they still get their appointment. He said, Yes! And started talking in their languages to the wife. I felt something like they were talking about me. Then the lady owner says. Sorry you are going to have to wait longer. I said, No I will not...... And I will not be coming back ever again... Yes, the 3 ladies were white and yes the place was Asian. Do Not spend Black Dollars there at Us. Nails Customer service is bad.... And this has been 2 problem.

i love this nail salon. i've been going here since 2018, and whenever i come in for full sets of acrylics and fills, every time i'm never disappointed. i've went to handfuls of nail salons all around lansing to okemos, and in my opinion this is the best!!! shoutout calvin who usually always does mine and does them so so good. it's clean and everyone is friendly.

There really good at doing toes but I not good at doing nails they don't know how to shape nails they suck at doing coffin they don't have all the colors that they have on their nails there really rough on hands

Went here for a bachelorette spa pedicure. Walked in and no one even acknowledged us. After a few minutes they asked us to pick our colors. Next to the nail polish display was a statue of Buddha that was COVERED in THICK dust. The windows had cobwebs with dead bugs and bees caught in it, all the chairs were stained and gross. We finally got to go back to begin the pedicure 20 mins after our appointment time. We had 5 of us and they had 1 person working on us. RIDICULOUS! The floor was SO dirty where you take your shoes off, you could see the piles of dirt, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Service was extremely poor, rude employees. Nothing was being sanitized after we were done!! I would NEVER give this place another dime. NASTY!!!!!!!
