Pasteur Nails & Spa in Harrisburg, PA

i called asking how much a mani pedi was before we got there. i was given a lower price than what I was charged. i paid almost $40 for a pedicure that included none of the basic services except lotion and a semi massage. I got gel which the lady who did my friend basically forced me to get even after I told her 3 times I'm cool with regular. Extra $24 right there for just the polish on both absolutely ridiculous to not have any design, tips nothing extra added. nor a standard pedi. I was highly upset. But to end on a good note the girl who did my nails was very detailed and took her time which I did appreciate. she was nice as well. but still won't come back nor would I refer them.

I was very unsatisfied. Within two days of gettin an acrylic set, two nails completely broke in half brushing my hair. That has never happened with acrylics to me EVER. This was my first visit here.

Just terrible service. Not sure if it's the whole salon or just the associate I had. The girl who did my mani pedi refused to respond when spoken to. I had to ask to do anything at least 4 times before she would acknowledge me with a response. Like she wouldn't even look at me. I'm just not sure how that's ok. Pedicure wasn't much of a pedicure. Paid to have someone paint my nails and rub lotion on me. They refused to cut my nails. Then didn't want to file them after I had to cut them myself. Place was clean and she did a good job painting. But I just can't see that I would ever pay that much to go back.

Came in for a gel pedicure while on vacation as was pleasantly surprised. Woman did a great job and gave a super good massage. Would come back if I lived in the area

This place is great. It's clean and EVERYONE is friendly. There are fake bad reviews out there about this place because the old owner is trying to undermine the new owner. Judge for yourself
