I struggled to find a salon that would do my hair right. I go to Nikki for my hair. Fashion colors that Nikki puts in my hair last and always looks amazing. Even if I have an idea of what I want but not sure how I want it, I trust Nikki to make it look great when I give her just a rough idea. I love this salon!
I have been a customer of this salon, specifically Kristen, for the past 2+ years. Kristen is very honest, and I can count on her to provide great ideas of ways to make my hair look great. She is very knowledgeable, and is very attentive to treating my hair so that it does not feel damaged. Although I have only ever used Kristen, all stylists are very kind, welcoming, and do great work. My appointments are usually 3 hours, and I love watching all the great work they do!
Don't expect that your appointment time will be honored. Tonight I had a 6:30 appointment and after waiting 20 minutes, I left. There was no apology. And to think I have been a customer for more than 10 years and to be treated that way!!!
