Been going to this salon for years and love the service and always do my nails perfect! Very much recommended
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Had an appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. They thought I was there for a pedicure, but was there as I described when making the appointment, a gel manicure. Told me to pick my color, and when I got to the FILTHY station (water bottle left behind, nail dust from prior clients everywhere....EW!), 30 minutes later, I was not greeted, or given the name of the gal who was going to do my nails. Was told my color was for dipped nails, so no big deal, dipped nails is fine. The lady wraps my nails then is gone to the pedicure room. After about 20 minutes she returns...didn't wash her hands between me and the client in the back and I tell her i just want short, square nails, but she didn't know how to do square...what? Told me to file my own nails and went to the back to work on her pedicure. Annie stepped in and told me to do my own nails and then let the lady know when I was done and they would paint them. Ok, so I filed away, easy enough, but she never took the old gel off my other hand so I had to wait...45 minutes, 60 minutes, 75 minutes....she never came back! Now, I am sensible and realize they were busy, but they kept taking people in that didn't have appointments while I just waited. My husband was with me, and he asked if we could just leave and I asked Annie to charge me whatever for the previous removal. I really wanted to like this place, and I'm sure when they're not busy they probably do a decent job, but shame on them for not treating every customer equitably and kindly. And please ladies, it is in bad taste to speak about your paying clients. I was not rude or demanding. You were at fault for overbooking and not taking the time to give each client the service they paid for and deserve. Enjoy your vacation!
Assholes ! Walked in on a Sunday at noon they opened at 11:00 !! She right away says "OHHH TOO BUZY!! Wait gonna be LONG TIME! Will never be Back no one waiting
So, I have gone to this salon a handful of times for both shellac manicures and pedicures. In the past, the tech who did my nails was really good; however, is no longer there anymore. When I recently went in for a pedicure the gentleman who did my pedi clearly did not want to be there, had an earbud in his ear, and tried to put a different color polish on after I specifically stated the color that I wanted multiple times. This can really apply to all nail salons where they try to put a different color on and then they act like it's your fault when it's clearly not. I don't know where exceptional salon/spa service has gone, but it doesn't exist anymore and you're basically paying for basic, rude service with the hope that one will he happy with the results...
They did an amazing job on my nails! I brought in a Pinterest pic and glitter for specialty nails and they gave me exactly what I wanted. Their pedicures are also fantastic!
