I went to Grodins to get my haircut and there were two ladies working. Both had clients that they were working on. One of the ladies, did not want to be working by the sourpuss look on her face and rolling of her eyes when another customer came in. I decided to wait for the other lady to be finished with her current client since she appeared to be more professional plus, I liked the haircut she was doing for her client. I told the first lady that I would like to wait for the other woman to do my hair and she took the other waiting person. At 3:30 a mother and her 4 children came in. Apparently, they had appointments. With that, I was told I would have to wait since they had appointments and though I had been waiting to get my hair cut, it was Grodins policy that scheduled clients have top priority. At no time was I told that there were others scheduled! I totally wasted my valuable time sitting in the lobby!

I love this place. I've been going there for years. They take an interest in your hair style and give good ideas. They use current and reputable products, and they don't break my bank account. They're very friendly and easy to talk to. I love that Gabriella styles my hair after every cut! I always leave looking fabulous! They are very busy there.
Price was reasonable but long wait because of understaffing. Nothing special about this place. I had to touch up their cut when I got home. Would not return. Next to Jets pizza in Kroger center. Jets is well worth going back to.
Pretty standard hair cut place. Really like the cut I get here. Really quick service. I would recommend.
