Image Nails in Washington, MI

Ugh. Just terrible. The owner was horribly rude. I asked her for coffin nails which were an up charge (fine) but she gave me very very square nails on 8 out of my 10 fingers. Th told me there's another client behind me and she doesn't have time to fix it. I walked in with a happy attitude and she made me leave feeling like complete crap. Wouldn't chuckle at anything. Horribly rude!!!!!!!!!!!!! I asked for a color that I loved on my cell phone and she responded, "idk I have tons of colors go look yourself" and that truly shocked me because every nail place in the past would make sure they would come up to me with 3-4 different options that looked just like what I wanted. This stuck up attitude is not going to get far with regular people. What a shame. Even if this location IS close to me, I WILL go OUT of my way to go somewhere else. 0 stars if I could. Nails look like crap and I left extremely stressed. Warning: DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE TRYING TO RELAX BECAUSE they are NOT pleasant at all.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would because this place does not even deserve one single star. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. My aunt went to go get her nails done here and she asked them in a kindly manner to correct the filing job. Instead of complying, the man providing the service yelled at her and called her stupid while also proceeding to kick her out of the salon. If you do not have respect for your customers and have terrible mannerism, a salon should not be your place of work. When a customer comes in a salon and is PAYING you for your service, you expect to get decent service. I understand some people have bad days but even if you are irritated that day, you can not take out your anger on a customer. I believe the person that yelled at her and name called her was the manager. Completely disgusting.

I was a regular for awhile I loved how they did my nails and I came back to get a fix and Paul and his wife were fighting she threw lotion and a nail lamp lotion was covering many paying customers Paul sent everyone home and said come back well I stopped going for awhile I came in today and there was so many ladies in there so I sat for a little then I asked if I could come back and make a appointment he tells me no come back next week but you know what I am never going back there

Horrible service! I asked for a regular color on my nails, she did a different color in shellac because that's what she thought was pretty! Cut all my toe nails short and uneven. I'm upset already, and I asked the lady for color tips. I tell her like I told the lady before, I do not want shellac. She cuts all my natural nails off and proceeds to put fake ones on. I keep telling her what I want and she didn't listen. So I get upset and get up and walk away. I'm checking on my daughters nails and toes and they did not even paint her toe nails but still wanted to charge me regular price. $150 dollars for a horrible experience!!!

They always do a great job and fast My powder dip nails are flawless and I always get compliments.
