My mom came in with pitch black hair and she wanted to go lighter. Dee the hairdresser bleached her hair from pitch black to a blonde orange in one day. I think it's common sense to not dye someone's hair from black to blonde in one day. It was patchy and the worst orange blonde color I've ever seen. She came home very upset and her hair was falling out and she dyed her hair right back to black when she came home. Called the salon very upset and talked to the rotating manager Lisa who was very compassionate and was upset that the hairdresser even did that to my moms hair. She offered to fix my mothers hair right away and said that the hairdresser should've been more educated because she ruined her hair. She wrote down my name for the manager of the salon to call me the next day. Tiffany (the manager) was absolutely terrible. She said it was my mothers fault because she "seemed happy" and did not offer a refund or anything to fix her hair. I'm sorry. I think it's common sense not to dye someone's hair from black to blonde in one day. Her hair was falling out and there was dark patches all around her hair. She was extremely rude and so unprofessional. This is my first yelp review I have ever wrote so this should say something. Do not give your money to uneducated people who will use you to get money and the hairdressers need to go back to school.
