Overly priced and ALWAYS ask customers to comeback or suggest making an appt. May as well put sign on door that's says, "Walk ins are NOT allowed! Also, one of the sisters tried to make it appear that my nails were in bad condition because she doesn't know how to remove acrylic and the ONLY other nail techs that did were busy so she kept saying i need soak off which i didn't. They will NEVER get my busy again!
There aren't many good nail salons in Clarkston so I typically go with Lavish. This most recent time, I went and got dip on my natural nails. I got there at 10:04am, they open at 10am. I did not end up leaving the salon till 12:15pm. TWO HOURS AND 10 MINUTES I WAS THERE GETTING JUST DIP ON MY NAILS. The work is slow and they never know how to estimate waiting times. Another client left while I was there after waiting 40 minutes with no service. I had only a 15 minute wait and my nails alone took 2 hours. I will never be coming back to this salon even though I've been several times before as a last resort.
Gave this place another chance after not going for several years because of a bad experience. Got a nail polish change. $16 for the worst polish change ever. I could have done better myself. The girl didn't cover my toes very well at all and I had to ask her twice to put more polish one one of my toes. The worse polish job ever. I can't do a good job myself which is why I went to have them done. $16????? What a rip. Would never recommend this place to anyone. If they can't even do a good job on a polish change imagine what kind of pedicure you would get. They don't even deserve one star.

My first experience was amazing the lady fixed my nails from a terrible job from a previous nail salon, my second time coming here I'm not really happy with it because my nails where fixed full grown and all I do is get a fill and my one nail doesn't match like they all did is so narrow than the other ones
