It was a long five hour journey with some ups and downs, but the final result...oooh, baby. I am OBSESSED! Y'all need to go see Wendy. She was AMAZING!! Salon is very cute, friendly staff, reasonable prices. This is my new go-to place for my hair! When the first dye job didn't go right (nothing at fault to the stylist, color just didn't take). She was determined to make sure I left happy and I definitely did! I am so happy with the results.
Tomi is the owner of Twisted Scissors and I have never trusted anyone more when it comes to my hair. She's absolutely amazing with color too! The inside of the salon is very warm and inviting, her door is literally always open. They serve water & coffee while you wait and the whole staff is so friendly. If you are looking for a quality salon to get a cut/perm/color/whatever it may be, this is 100% the place for you! I walk out of there with a smile on my face every time I go! You won't be disappointed.
Loved this place. It was recommended to me by a friend who gets her hair cut here. Emily was the lady who cut my hair and I couldn't be more happy. She took the time to ask questions and did recommendations for my hair(straight and baby fine,ugh). Time for another cut, time to make my appointment.
I love going to twisted scissors! I have been a client for years, Rachel is my normal stylist but everyone always walks out of there looking awesome! You're greeted when you walk in the door and they always offer coffee, water, or tea which is a nice touch! Highly recommend!!
How long should one expect to wait when you have a 6:00pm appointment? This was my first visit and I was basically ignored for 30 minutes. I am sure if I showed up 30 minutes late for an appointment It would be an issue! I was not able to wait any longer since I there for cut and color which I imagine would be at least 1 1/2 to 2 hours. If my stylist would have at least acknowledged me and let me know she was running behind I may have been willing to wait. Instead she totally ignored me while she worked on the client in her chair, stopping to take pictures then styling some more, then more pictures and so on. I will not give them another chance sorry to say! I've never been treated with such disrespect in a salon!
